Second Photographer
Having a second photographer is awesome because as one person I can’t be in two places at once. This would allow myself + fellow photographer to capture all moments thoughout the day along with different angles of each moment.
2ND PHOTOGRAPHER ADD-ON: $350

Travel
Travel rates for International & US weddings/elopements are PACKAGE PRICE + STAY + FLIGHT/TRANSPORTATION to wedding/elopement destination!
Im based out of eastern Washington so I don’t charge travel fees for sessions in Washington State!

Extra Hours of coverage
I found my most common package being my 6 hour collection so I made the adjustment of making that my main package and if clients would like more hours of coverage you can always add more!

- Normally sessions are about 90 minutes!

- I’m the type of photog that has a really hard time giving you back “20 photos” or “50 photos”. So it just depends, I absolutely love capturing these moments that I cant stop clicking the dang button. I love to document all the special moments of you being YOU!

I have my BCP outfit guide that I send to my clients as soon as they’re booked!

- I don’t charge for traveI in Washington State
-I do travel outside Washington! Flying out of state travel I do have different rates- please inquire for further questions regarding these!

-Sneak peaks go out 48-72 hours after your photo session- you get anywhere from 3-5 sneak peaks!
-turn around time for wedding collections is currently up to 12 weeks, due to a large quantity of images.
-all other collections turn around time is up to 6 weeks.

-Unfortunately I do not deliver RAW photos to my clients, I can’t/won’t deliver work that isn’t completed.
But I can’t wait to deliver a beautiful full edited gallery that you’d love more anyways!

-When scheduling a session I require a 40% non-refundable retainer fee & signed contract to hold your date. You get 24//48hrs to complete- if not completed in the timeframe given your date will remain open.
-Payment plans available. if you need to make payments & balance is not paid in full by the time photos are done being edited, I will hold on to the gallery until balance is paid. Once paid the gallery will be delivered to you. Payments will be due on the discussed date every month.
-If you’re not needing to make payments- remaining balance is due the day of the photo shoot!

- I understand life happens + the weather doesn’t always cooperate here in Washington state- we can always reschedule but I do have a small rescheduling fee of $50.00
-if you have an emergency or the weather is so bad it could damage my gear, we can further discuss rescheduling options.

- i’m all about making it work for you! If my opinion is asked my preferred time to shoot at is evening time, I love shooting into golden + blue hour. It honestly makes for the best images. BUT I can always make another time during the day work! I’ve worked with all different lighting scenarios, so regardless we got this and your gallery will be beautiful!!
